Hi Allen,
I just wanted to let you know that I took my boat out yesterday for the first time after you replaced the fuel pump. Everything ran great. We just did a local SB trip with my dad and his friend Stan. We had about 20 bass and 25 brown rockfish all on 4 inch Big Hammers.I know we talked about about batteries a bit. After 3 days on the charger, the bats only came up to about 12.6. While running the motor it was up to 14.2 or so. Sounds like it really maybe time for a new round of batteries. Any suggestions on what type or where I should buy them? Thanks again for all of your help. If you guys ever get those boat stickers printed, I would be happy to put one on the boat and can probably get you a link from the Big Hammer website. Next tournament is May 30 in MDR.
Sincerely,
Bryan Davis

---------------------------------------- Hi I am Cameron Nizdil and I am 17 years old. We recently did a sea trial on our newly refurbished boat, the Mackenzie Rae, and after getting the okay on everything was working fine from Alan Landry of Pacific Marine Repair we set out. Santa Cruz Island, Saturday April 18th, I speared an estimated 75 pound white sea bass with my andre speargun. My dad and I were looking for some big halibut and didn't expect to see this monster. I fought him in the water for about half an hour before yelling at my grandpa, Fred Jordan, to bring the boat over because it was just to big to swim that far. As soon as it was in the boat I knew I had shot the fish of my life, we guessed it's weight to be around 60 pounds or less, but when we made it back to the launch ramp we borrowed a scale from a cool guy in nice Cortez 22, and it weighed in at 67 pounds gutted. Thanks we have fished a few of your tournaments and thought you might enjoy this.
---------------------------------------- Special thanks to the Gang over at Pacific Marine Repair, when it was time to repower my 24' HydraSports they were the only choice for the job!
I had them install a new 350hp Yamaha four stroke outboard less than a year ago and I already have almost 250hrs on it! I have noticed 30-40% better economy as well as 15mph over the fuel injected two stroke we replaced!
Awesome work, great turn around time at a fair price!

Alan's Fishing Trip
White Sea Bass - caught off Santa Barbara Island
I received your note in the mail regarding your commitment to providing excellent customer satiisfaction and services and it reminded me to send you a note on the service you provided. We just returned from a six day trip with my 1998 Regal 292 at the Sacramento Delta. This was the first trip after the service you completed on my outdrives. I want to say that everything seemed to work as they should with no problems. The trim senders worked great. We put more than 100 miles on the boat this trip.
I was very pleased with the service Pacific Marine Repair provided. The communication and your timely response to my phone calls were excellent. Your staff left me with the impression of being friendly, knowledgable, and competent. John especially was great to deal with and explaining the work that was performed, parts replaced, when I picked up the boat was appreciated. I was hesitant to take my boat into a service facility since I have not had to take the boat in for a major repair service in eleven years. I complete all the maintenance myself because of all the horror stories of marine repair shops. So I was very glad when my boat was repaired in a timely manner and done right the first time. The recommendation by the gentleman at Port San Luis Boatyard was the best advice I could have received. So thank you for your service and I will definitely bring my boat down for service if needed (knock on wood!) again without hesitation in the future.
